The network of Tibetan social entrepreneurs spans from Central Tibet to Beijing, Sichuan, Gansu and Qinghai provinces. It allows us to initiate win-win collaborations as well as international contacts. We start with individual work with the project leader and his impact vision. We follow him/her in structuring and evaluating his current impact and work together on identifying strategies to develop greater impact. We undertake project evaluation with high standard for the entrepreneur as well as the sponsors. We have developed an Audit Handbook, that structures a systematic detailed finance and executive reporting, as well as a follow-up process on timely objectives and expected results.
